Returns and Refunds

In accordance with applicable legislation, you may exercise your right of return within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To submit a return request:

  • log in to your account using the email address associated with the order: LOGIN LINK

  • select the relevant order and follow the indicated procedure

Once the request has been received, Paolo Pecora Customer Service will provide the necessary instructions to complete the return.

SIZE EXCHANGE OR ITEM EXCHANGE

To request a size exchange or an item exchange, please contact Paolo Pecora Customer Service at customer@paolopecoramilano.com, indicating the order number, the purchased product and the size or item you would like to receive as a replacement.

The replacement is subject to the availability of the requested product.

RETURN COSTS AND METHODS

Return shipping is the responsibility of the Customer and must be sent to the following address:

Alternatively, it is possible to request the return collection service arranged by Paolo Pecora Milano, available exclusively within Italy.

The applicable conditions are as follows:

  • Return with refund request: service cost of €12, including collection and shipping label.

  • Return for size exchange or item exchange: total cost of €20, including collection of the product and subsequent shipment of the replacement item.

If, following the return, the remaining value of the order is lower than the €500 threshold required to benefit from free shipping, the related shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.

REFUND

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Any collection costs and shipping fees may be deducted from the refunded amount in the cases indicated above.

CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS

Returned products must be:

  • intact and complete with their original packaging

  • unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged

  • complete with the original tag and security seal

Paolo Pecora Milano reserves the right to apply a deduction of €10 if the product requires reconditioning due to a return that does not comply with the conditions indicated above.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Items showing conformity defects will be replaced with the same product, subject to verification and availability.

Upon delivery, the Customer is invited to check the integrity of the packaging and the conformity of the products received. Acceptance of the delivery without reservation confirms that the parcel was received in apparently good condition.

If the packaging is damaged, tampered with or shows clear signs of irregularity, the Customer must accept the delivery with a specific reservation or refuse it, in order to allow the necessary checks and, where applicable, the activation of claim procedures with the carrier. In the absence of any objection at the time of delivery, any visible non-conformities may not be subsequently claimed.

In accordance with applicable legislation, the risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to the Customer only upon delivery.
