Returns and Refunds

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

Paolo Pecora Milano Customer Service is available from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 18.00, excluding holidays, with response times within 24 hours.

Reports received during the weekend will be processed starting from the first working day.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES:

Pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw, in whole or in part, from the Purchase Contract within 14 days from the moment in which he receives the Delivery of the Product. To this end, the Customer must communicate to the Paolo Pecora Milano Customer Service his intention to withdraw from the Purchase Contract, in whole or in part, within the aforementioned 14-day period.

Any defective items will be replaced with the same type of product, subject to availability. Paolo Pecora Milano is not responsible for any loss, damage or delay after the order has been shipped.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

2.1 Write to Paolo Pecora Milano Customer Service customer@paolopecoramilano.com and proceed with the request for return and refund or exchange of goods.

For shipping the order - at the Customer's expense - use the following destination address:

It is also possible to request the collection of the goods by Paolo Pecora Milano, a procedure possible only on national territory , under the following conditions:

  • Return with refund request : collection cost with sending label to apply to the received box € 12. The refund of the returned item only will be made on the payment method used at the time of purchase, minus the collection fee.

  • Return with request for exchange of goods: cost of collection and subsequent shipping €20 total.

The Customer also undertakes to return the Product:

  • intact, in excellent condition and inserted in the original packaging;

  • unused, worn, washed and/or damaged, net of what is strictly necessary for the User to establish the nature and extrinsic characteristics of the Product and to verify that it corresponds to the Product indicated in the Purchase Order Confirmation;

  • provided with the Product identification tag, which constitutes an integral part of the goods, fixed to the Product itself with the single-use seal applied by the Company;

If the above conditions are not met, Paolo Pecora Milano reserves the right to withhold from the refund an amount equal to €10.00 for any reconditioning of the item.

2.2 Write to Paolo Pecora Milano Customer Service customer@paolopecoramilano.com and proceed with a collection request by Paolo Pecora Milano - procedure possible only on national territory and at an additional cost of €10.00. If a change of goods is also requested, the Paolo Pecora Milano Customer Service will always proceed with the issuing of a new order with the relative shipping costs.
