Paolo Pecora Milano Customer Service is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, excluding holidays, with a response time within 24 hours.
Reports received over the weekend will be processed starting on the next working day.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES:
Pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw, in whole or in part, from the Purchase Agreement within 14 days of receiving the Product Delivery. To this end, the Customer must notify Paolo Pecora Milano Customer Service of their intention to withdraw from the Purchase Agreement, in whole or in part, within the aforementioned 14-day period.

Any defective items will be replaced with the same type of product, subject to availability. Paolo Pecora Milano is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays after the order has been shipped.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

You can also request collection of the goods by Paolo Pecora Milano, a procedure only possible within Italy, under the following conditions:

Returns with a refund request: collection fee €12, including shipping of a label to attach to the received box. If the return brings the order value below €500 (the threshold for free shipping), the refund will also include shipping costs in addition to those related to the return.

Return with exchange request: collection and subsequent shipping costs €20 total.
The refund for the returned item only will be made to the payment method used at the time of purchase, minus the collection fee indicated above and any shipping costs.
The Customer also undertakes to return the Product:

intact, in excellent condition and inserted in the original packaging;

unused, worn, washed and/or damaged, except for what is strictly necessary for the User to establish the nature and extrinsic characteristics of the Product and to verify that it corresponds to the Product indicated in the Purchase Order Confirmation;

equipped with the Product identification tag, which forms an integral part of the item, fixed to the Product itself with the single-use seal applied by the Company;
If the above conditions are not met, Paolo Pecora Milano reserves the right to withhold €10.00 from the refund for any reconditioning of the item.
